Mr. Ning Min joined Legend in 1991 and has held various positions within Legend Holdings, including Assistant to the President, Assistant President and Board Secretary, Vice President, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Director. He currently serves as the Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Legend Holdings.

Mr. Ning Min also serves as Chairman of Legend Star, a Director of Hony Capital, Eastern Air Logistics, Joyvio Group, Levima Group, and Fullhan Microelectronics, as well as a Non-Independent Director of Xi’an Shaangu Power Co., Ltd.
